Pursuant to Effat University Charter, The Board of Trustees shall be in charge of establishing the overall policy of the University in a way that ensures the effective fulfilment of its mission and the achievement of its administrative, financial, and academic objectives.
The Office of the Board of Trustees Affairs
The Office of the Board of Trustees Affairs is housed within the Office of President.
HRH Princess Lolwa Al Faisal, serves as The Vice Chair of Effat University Board of Founders & Board of Trustees, Her Highness is responsible for governance and the Board of Trustees Affairs.
Dr Haifa Reda Jamal Allail, serves as Secretary General of Effat University Board of Founders & Board of Trustees, is responsible for the documentation of the meeting minutes, and receiving the member's suggestions related to the meeting agendas.
