Dr Uzma Javed has a PhD in Human Resource Management and over 16 years of teaching experience. She brings her enthusiasm for human resource management (HRM) to the classroom, guiding future leaders to build thriving workplaces. Her research delves into high performance work systems, work environments, employee wellbeing, performance, SNS, attitudes and behaviour. Her work has been published in various Scopus and ISI indexed journals.
In the classroom, she fosters a dynamic learning environment, where theory meets practice through case studies, projects, and guest lectures. She believe in the power of collaboration and encourage students to engage in critical thinking and open discussions.
Beyond academics, she is actively involved in the HRM community, serving on professional committees and presenting at conferences. She is passionate about bridging the gap between academia and industry, ensuring students graduate with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today's complex workplace.
