Effat College of Business offers
Finance,
Marketing,
Human Resources Management,
Supply Chain Management, and
Entrepreneurship undergraduate programs that were developed in collaboration with
Georgetown University, In addition to Master program;
Master of Science in Finance that were developed in collaboration with
Bocconi University.
The programs which are taught in English, follow the American style in education and delivery based on the liberal Arts educational philosophy. All students are required to undertake general education to enlarge their scope of knowledge and then specialize in the major that they have chosen for their future career. To prepare the graduates for their future careers as well as develop their research abilities, they have to undergo an internship and produce a piece of research before they graduate.

The ECoB commits to business transformation, incubate ideas, instill decision making, through data driven multidisciplinary curriculum and practice to create leaders, entrepreneurs, and scholars who will effectively engage and contribute to the local and global socio-economic growth.
Goals
Strengthen the College of Business reputation nationally and internationally through its impact and contribution to the prosperity of education, economy and society in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Cultivate a dynamic and collaborative work environment through an effective and an inspiring leadership that promotes integrity, strong work ethics and transparency in managing all the college activities; and position the College of Business to be recognized among the top ranked business schools nationally and regionally through rigorous and effective quality processes and procedures that meet the national and international standards.
To offer an exceptional teaching and learning experience through the creation of innovative business programs, interactive and project-based learning, development of analytical skills, professional certifications and progressive research in the field. Moreover, emphasizing on the integration of state-of-the-art learning resources and cutting edge technology in the business curricula.
Attract and retain diverse student body who qualify to become true ambassadors of the college through a holistic learning and transformational experience, extensive skill development, and ongoing individual support.
Maintain and enhance efforts to recruit, nurture, and retain diverse, highly qualified and committed faculty, researchers, and staff, supporting their professional development.
Effectively manage the College of Business’s facilities and equipment and optimize their use; and achieve and sustain financial stability and strength to enhance the University’s competitive position.
Cultivate a research environment that supports faculty and students to produce high quality research in alignment with country’s research priorities. Develop and sustain strategic research partnerships, collaborations, and relations with national and international partner institutions.
Enhance the partnership with the community and industry through mutual exchanges of expertise, novel contributions to the 2030 vision, and effectively engaging students, faculty, and alumnae in the service of society.
