​Policies and Procedures:

  1. Participation language is either Arabic or English.
  2. Each school can:
    • Bring a number of students as an audience in condition to have a supervisor for every 7 students.
    • Participate in more than one category.
  3. Each group from scientific and technical projects ranges from 1-3 participants.
  4. Students are not allowed to participate in more than 1 project.
  5. Only teachers (supervisors) of the projects are allowed to register their teams.
  6. Evaluations will be held in the College of Engineering at Effat University on the following dates:
    • Sunday, 2nd of December 2018
    • Monday, 3rd of December 2018
    • Tuesday, 4th of December 2018

The Deadline to Register in Culture and Science Fair is Saturday the 1st of December 2018

Note: Parents of the participants are more than welcome to attend the event ( Showing the family ID card is required at entrance).
